In 2015 we celebrated six years of collaboration between western scientists and iwi researchers with a landmark symposium held in Wellington. The symposium featured special guest speakers such as Sir Taihakarei Durie, and The Harrison Studio via video link from the USA. Our team of researchers also presented their detailed projects and case studies during the two day event.

Please find below a selection of presentations that were shown at the symposium. Presenters included Professor Murray Patterson, Dr Joanne Ellis, and iwi researchers from Tauranga Moana and Horowhenua.
